Strawser Family 2007

We finally have the new family picture. It's amazing to see how much everyone has grown since last year. And the time has flown so fast!

We have been living in Virginia for about 18 months now. And the boys are falling right into place. On any given day, you will see Cavin with University of Virginia gear on...and not too far away is Caden in his Virginia Tech gear. The sibling rivalry has already started.

Cavin is 2 and a half now, and every bit of an energetic 2 year old. He is always on the move, with a silly sly smile on his face. He is learning a lot too...he loves to talk and sing songs, and is learning his letters and numbers too. In all honesty, he is doing everything he can to keep uo with Caden. As most of you have seen from the past posts...Cavin loves skateboarding, playing football and riding his dirtbike. Basically, if it is risky, he is all for it. He will definitely be the one that keeps me on my toes.

Caden is 3 and a half and is growing up faster than I can keep track of. He can spell his name, and sound out little words with help. And loves to sit down and work in his pre-school book. He also loves being outside. Right now Caden loves playing baseball. He even goes to sleep with his baseball hat on. Too cute. We will hopefully be able to take him to a baseball game soon. I think he would really enjoy it.

Both boys also really love riding their bicycles. But unfortunately, we live on such a hill, they havent been able to get a lot of practice. We should be able to work with them in the basement throughout the winter, and they will be set by next spring.

Cameron is also doing really well. He stayed with us for 6 weeks this year. And it was wonderful to have him around. He are lucky to see him a couple of times a month throughout the rest of the year, but it was really great to have him living here with us. Unfortunately, we didnt see a lot of him...from the time we got home from work/school, he was off playing with his friends. But I think he had a great summer. It was also amazing to watch him grow up in the 6 weeks he was living here. 11 is a tough age...he wants to be a kid and wants to be older all at the same time. But I think he was really able to figure a lot out about himself, and he is excited and ready to start 6th grade/middle school this fall.

And Chris and I are just staying busy with work, the house and the boys. It seems like life never seems to slow down. But we are doing well and enjoying every minute of life with the 3 boys.

I guess that's it. Please continue to check back often! The boys are always on the move...
