Well, the news everyone has been waiting for is finally here.
We are having a GIRL!!!
As most of you know, back in September Chris and I found out we would be expecting another baby. And of course, because of the three boys that already run around our household, we were definitely interested in knowing the gender of the new baby.
Our ultrasound was yesterday, and the technician was pleased to tell us we would be expecting our first little girl. This was HUGE news to us, and also to all grandparents who will finally get their first granddaughter.
The baby measured to be right on schedule and healthy with an estimated Due Date of May 14th. However, with Caden and Cavin both being born 5 weeks early, Chris and I will have our hospital bags packed beginning in April. Just in case!
Cameron and Caden are thrilled with the idea of a new little sister. Cavin isn't quite sure. He was really hoping for a baby brother...but I am sure he will warm up to the idea of having a girl in the house. Should be fun!
For those of you who like ultrasound pictures (and can tell what they are)...here are three of the ones they took. Keep in mind though, this little girl has no fat on her yet...so the pictures are a little bit skeleton like. The first one is the classic 2D picture. A straight on shot of her face. The second and third pictures are the newer 3D images. One is of a full facial profile. She is getting ready to suck on her fingers. And the other she is curled up...you can see her face, arm and leg.

YEAH!!!! So excited for all of you! Little girls are so much fun!!! You better get to shoppin'!!! Congrats Strawser Family...we are looking forward to the arrival of the baby girl!
