The first game of his career!

Cavin played his first football game last Sunday for the i9Sports Hurricanes. He was in Heaven. He met some great new friends, thought his coach was great, and had a fantastic time playing. They had an hour of practice, and then an hour game against the Gators.

Cavin's coach is 'Coach Ed'. He started off the practice by saying 'who can tell me the difference between offense and defense?' Obviously, he was met with a lot of blank stares from the 4-6 year-olds. So he decided to take a different approach and just start with positions. For the first day, they worked on Center, Quarterback, & Running back. And all of the kids got a turn to try out each position. Cavin's favorite was bring the running back. Nothing better than being handed the ball and running as fast as you can.
